Station Drive Industrial Estate, Bredon, Tewkesbury GL20 7HH

In 2015 we acquired the remaining properties owned by Brensham Estates a family owned property company where the existing directors wanted to retire.
About 80% of the value of the portfolio lay in the Station Drive Industrial Estate which comprised a terrace of 16 industrial units totalling 41,000 sq.ft.
Brensham Estates moved out of their offices in Unit 13 which we immediately let to Bredon Hill Plumbing and Property Maintenance at £8 psf on 430 sq.ft.
Unit 5 was let at a very concessionary rent which we did not renew on expiry. We refurbished the 3,500 sq.ft unit and let it through Alder King to Total Automotive a business relocating from Gloucester at £5.50 psf.
Frontline Fabrications Ltd moved out of Units 15 and 16 on the expiry of their lease. Again we refurbished the units and immediately let Unit 16 to Mirror Image a business relocating from Tewkesbury at £5.50 psf.
So that leaves Unit 15 available a unit of 3,850 sq.ft available through Alder King.
The other properties acquired with Station Drive included a house, a pub in Tewkesbury and 20 Bristol Ground Rents.
