We are looking for property investments within 50 miles of Cheltenham showing the potential for a strong income stream. We do not want to be ‘absentee’ landlords and want to build strong contacts with our tenants. Retail and industrial are favoured above offices. Offices would be of interest if they had ‘redeeming features’ such as:

  1. Good car parking.
  2. Situated in areas with high residential values.
