Our Plan:

We are looking for property investments within 50 miles of Cheltenham showing the potential for a strong income stream. We do not want to be ‘absentee’ landlords and want to build strong contacts with our tenants. Retail and industrial are favoured above offices. Offices would be of interest if they had ‘redeeming features’ such as:

  1. Good car parking.

  2. Situated in areas with high residential values.




Retail and Leisure:

Towns such as Cirencester, Cheltenham, Witney, Marlborough, Stow on the Wold, Broadway, Shipston on Stour are all of interest. Established ‘Take Aways’ or tea shops are of interest either as straight investments or sale and leasebacks.




Of particular interest. Low site cover / non-conforming use / ‘in town’ / prominent road side locations would be attractive characteristics.



Who we are:

A group of investors fronted David Shepherd-Cross an experienced property professional who worked initially in London for Jones Lang, Savills and Strutt and Parker before moving to Gloucestershire and setting up on his own. The website outlines a selection of the deals executed. David has a proven track record of knowing when and why to buy and when to sell. He advised clients to sell out of property between 2005 and 2007 and David has been running Firecall www.firecall.ltd.uk a fire alarm and fire safety company. Now interested in looking again selectively at the property market.
